This vintage Beanie and Cecil 1962 Mattel game, titled "Talk to Cecil", features the lovable cartoon character of Cecil the Seasick Sea Serpent in a puzzle board game. It is a fun adventure game puzzle that can be played by 2 or more players.  Includes a complete Cecil Serpent puzzle, all 15 character cards on the red card stand, all four colors of Beanie game pieces, a a non original red dice, and the original game instructions.
