The smooth-talking New York City cat, known as TC to his kitty cohorts, is the leader of a gang of Manhattan alley cats comprising Benny the Ball, Choo-Choo, Spook, The Brain and Fancy-Fancy. TC is always on the make and looking for a big score or swindle, while the bothersome--and ever-exasperated--Officer Dibble is relentlessly on his case (although always a step behind). This DVD collection brings together the first six fast, funny episodes of the feline fraudster's capers and, as the swinging theme song immortalises, "He's the chief, he's the king, but above everything, he's the most tiptop Top Cat!"
