Please send me the wording you want engraved on the name plate, the font to use, the plate color and what color slide in plate holder you want. I have rose gold, silver and black holders. I also need to know if you want the holder to be a desktop holder or a wall mount holder. Choose included mounting hardware for wall version: Screws, hook and loop, Magnet, or Adhesive.
