Here is a Montblanc 744 fountain pen in the Barleycorn-like pattern with a very flexy medium nib. This pen dates to the 1950's and is in near mint plus condition.  There are no dings or dents. The metal is very clean. The pen is a piston filler with the telescopic piston system of Montblanc and the piston is in working order.  The nib is a very flexy medium-ish.  A very fun pen to write with.  The ink window is very clear and the striping is fully intact.   As good an example of this pen as you will find.

The pen measures 137 mm in length (capped).
