(please note, as you purchase more packs I will either ship the multiple of 5 species, or just double up on some, I ensure that you get your money's worth)

Most Orders shipped Monday-Wednesday. Orders past 12am Wednesday on that week are shipped the following Monday to ensure that the plants arrive in the best condition possible

The images provided of orders are for reference ONLY. Species and quantities change depending on how my plants have grown and are chosen at my discretion. All plants are grown by me, no imports. The orders are a good representation of what you may receive but are not what you will receive.

Some plants are grown emersed, which is the industry standard to ensure sturdy and tough plants for shipping and to ensure that they are algae and pest free. I grow mine in HIGH HUMIDITY, which reduces melt dramatically and most customers experience no melt. Only the best plants!!!!

DOA: Please send me a picture of the plants in their original packaging, and we can discuss options to resolve the issue. DOA does not cover orders that have been shipped in extreme weather, heat or cold. However almost all customers have never had any issues no matter the weather conditions outside.
