Ireland - FREE delivery can be arranged to the nearest port UK mainland only, please arrange your own courier for ongoing shipment

Terms and conditions
Wooden worktops are natural product and expect that customers are aware that worktops require sanding and oiling before use to ensure protection. Worktops damaged due to wrong installation or storage is the customers' responsibility. We recommend worktops are installed within 1 week of delivery, if you need to extend the date of delivery we are happy to do so.

In rare cases worktops could have defects during manufacturing, this is a rare case that can happen as our worktops are natural product but we are always happy to exchange, refund or even fix on site depending on individual situations please do not hesitate to contact our friendly team.

We do not refund, exchange or fix items which have been altered such as cutting, oiling or even installed worktops unless done so by us. We have professional fitters who can assist in all cases, and we are here to help as much as possible but please be advised that we cannot be liable for anything apart from the worktop within our terms and conditions.
