This is The J.R.R. Tolkien Calendar 1977, a 12-month wall calendar featuring the art of The Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit by The Brothers Hildebrandt - along with the cardboard mailer it came in.

The cover has moderate creasing on the cover and the staples are rusty, so there is some staining around them throughout the pages. The pages also have some light soiling/smudging, but this piece is in very good shape for its age. There is no wear around the hook holes and no writing.

The mailer has wear and soiling and the cardboard layers have separated to some degree.
