This Casio Digital Horn has been fully tested and is in good working condition. The Tone button selects between saxophone, trumpet, synth-reed, oboe, clarinet and flute. Breath Modes can be turned off or on. Turn the breath mode ON and you can play it like a normal horn but turn it OFF and sounds can be produced just by fingering the note keys.
The DH-800 is basically a DH-200 with the addition of an accompaniment module. By inserting a ROM cartridge in the side of the horn, you can have accompaniments to a number of songs. The buttons on the side of the horn allow you to start and stop one of 20 tracks and change the tempo, The ROM cartridge, Casio ROM Pak RO-556, that comes with the horn has four songs and 16 rhythms.
This Horn has been refurbished with a new capacitor to prevent the squeal. It
is in excellent condition. A Fingering Chart is included. All keys and
modes to change the sound work properly. It Works on AA Batteries which are
installed, or 7.5V AC Power Pack (which is not included.) Batteries last a long
time. You probably will not need the power pack.
These horns are fun to play and easier than a regular sax or clarinet as there
is no reed. This 800 will also play by itself with the ROM cartridge.
