Folio, two sheets with manuscript text on all sides. Document has horizontal and vertical creases from being folded. Some slight discoloration, several tears along creases and a few small holes, else in good + condition.

Israel Pemberton (1715–1779) was a prominent Quaker merchant and political figure in colonial Pennsylvania. He played a significant role in the economic and social life of the colony during the 18th century.
