This is the Russian 6P14P version of one of the most famous and widely used audio output valves ever, the EL84 (equivalent to the US tube part number 6BQ5). These valves are used "pulls" and mostly have dark marks inside the glass envelope from use, but are all tested before dispatch and known to be working. Manufactured in the last century. An ideal replacement for standard EL84 valves in many guitar amplifiers and audio amps, or for use in DIY build Hi-Fi quality Push Pull or Single Ended amplifiers. The EL84 is probably the most common output valve found in late 1950s and 1960's record players and radiograms, and this valve will be a plug in replacement for those valves.
 

Note that these valves, like most modern EL84 production, are almost 22mm in diameter and will not fit into amplifiers which have a metal plate with holes through which the valves are plugged which have been designed for the old original Mullard 20.5mm glass envelopes without some enlarging of the valve cutouts, so check your amplifier before buying.
