PAYMENT
- We only accept the payment by Paypal.
- Buyers are required to carefully follow payment instructions on the checkout page, and note down any necessary details on it (e.g. bank account details).
- If buyers fail to follow the instructions on the checkout page, We are not liable for any unidentified payments and subsequent delivery delays.
SHIPPING
- Your order will be shipped from our warehouse which is located in US.
- Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared.
- Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number. While we endeavour to send all our items with tracking numbers, there may be a few smaller items that are not sent with a tracking number.
- Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
- Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
- Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
Terms of Sale
- Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days.
- Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item.
- We reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received.
- Should you change your mind and wish to return your item, this can be done if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your item. Return postage should be covered by buyer in this case.
