This piece of glass is not usual uranium glass that used in plates or cups. This are zinc phosphate optical glass green ZS7 - 2.80% UO3 through sodium uranate - Na2UO4, that not stable and decomposes in air. Thats why its in vacuum packing. Its almost not have a fluorescence but have higher radioactivity so may be used as a control calibration source for dosimeters or for collection.
