Leap Frog Leap Pad Explorer Learning System White Green Tested Poor Condition

This leappad is in fairly poor condition. I cleaned it up a bit but it’s still stained and marked up.

Time thing I’m not sure about. The screen may or may not have an issue. When powering it on, it has some blotchy type “sparkles” on the outer edges. I’m assuming they’re not supposed to be there but I can’t tell the difference once everything is all powered up.
