Aberlour's Casg Annamh has been matured in a trio of casks – European oak sherry casks and two types of American oak casks. The result is a fruity, sweet whisky with notes of toffee, dried fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger throughout the palate.

DISTILLERY INFORMATION -Steeped in centuries of legend and surrounded by the dramatic Highland scenery of Ben Rinnes, the village of Aberlour lies at the very heart of Speyside, where the Lour burn joins the River Spey.

Translating as ‘Rare Cask’ in Gaelic, Casg Annamh is created from a limited number of carefully selected casks.

These Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry casks/butts have a significant influence on the non-chill filtered liquid and perfectly complement Aberlour’s distillate flavour, bringing sweet and rich notes.
