  • Beschreibung: Jüngling, der ein am Boden sitzendes Mädchen mit Blumen überschüttet. Oben links befindet sich eine kunstvolle Initiale mit blühenden Zweigen und Vögeln zu dem Gedicht "Im wunderschönen Monat Mai" von Heinrich Heine. Aus Franz Hoffmanns Illustriertem Volkskalender, Stuttgart 1852.

  • Condition: Good condition. Discoloured and soiled in the margins and pale foxing in places. Several small punctures from drawing pins or similar at the top and bottom centre. The corners of the sheet minimally bumped. Minimal tear at lower left.
