The animated candy cane train car measures 10" long (excluding the coupler ends). The center candy cane spins as the car rolls along the track (no track is included although I have New Bight G scale track in separate listings if you are interested). There are no broken pieces and the wheel sets and couplers are intact (note that only one coupler PIN is included. This is not a flaw as all the cars in this New Bright set have only one coupler pin per car since other cars hook up to them (I am selling the items in the Santa Land set separately since shipping costs for large boxes is ridiculous now).
