The 346-page softcover book is in  GOOD to EXCELLENT condition, having only been read one time and then put on a bookshelf for approx. 35-years untouched! Having been only disturbed once, when I took it to the Book Carnival to see if I would be lucky enough to have it signed by the Author! It looks great and doesn't have any rips, dog ears, or creases, and at first glance, it would appear to have come directly off the book rack at a shopping center or airport in new condition!
