with FABULOUS old photo of this legendary hotel that opened in 1890 and housed prominent guests including US President Presidents Grover Cleveland, William McKinley (serving as his 'Summer White House'), William Howard Taft, both Theodore and Franklin Delano Roosevelt as well as Thomas Edison and George Herman "Babe" Ruth! The original main building sadly burned to the ground in 1910 but was rebuilt that same year and re-opened for the 1911 season and is now the home of Clinton Community College.
