Very Good –
1981, I’d say this was Fine overall but the card sheath has a few browning spots to it both front and back, and the edging is a little thin. Although there is no addendum added and the front text is unaltered, no pen/pencil markings. The wheel itself appears pristine, the rivet is not rusted.
