Mid century vintage 1950s short sleeve tailored blouse. The buttery soft feel of a lightweight cotton and feel like the soft sheets of the 50s. White but do have some overall yellowing and in areas that were not covered by the full slips that were worn under the top and skirts in those days. I have not tried to wash them.

Judy Bond, 35% cotton 65% Dacron polyester. 1950s size Size 16/36. Measure 22" across bust armpit to armpit, 21.5" back of neck to waist, 16" across back shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Buttons up the back. All buttons are original and in tact. Cute round collar, lace, back button, lace front decorations embellishments. Darts at bust and at waist. Lace is in really nice vintage condition.

The length of shirts in the 50's is figure flattering taper to waist sitting more at midriff. For size reference, the photos were taken on 12" square tile. Please check your measurements. These are mid-century garments..

They have been stored in the cedar chest for over 50 years.  These was my mother’s who was a petite stunning executive secretary in the 1950s.  Perfect for 1950s 1960s movie or film prop wardrobe or trendy night out, sock hop, or Happy Day's Diner. Pair with a neck scarf or cardigan (also see my cardigans posting). Looks just like the several blouses that were worn by Queen Elizabeth’s character in the Netflix series The Crown. Please see photos. This are all original. See my other posting for other lots of vintage mid-century women's clothing. I will combine shipping.
