Descriptions:

-Sublimation paper transfer using heat press machines onto various coated media using heat transfer machines. Our sublimation paper can be transferred to sublimation blank items such as bags, coated mugs, tiles, caps, tents, banners, T-shirts, stamps, puzzles, pillows, bracelets, photo frames, etc (Please check these are suitable for sublimation as not all materials are. Usually polyester fabrics). sublimation ink works well with our heat transfer paper so you can use them together for better results.

-Application : Cotton  content less than 35% materials, most used for polyester fabric; suitable  for phone case, lithograph, ceramic keyrings Mugs.

 

Suggestion:

*Printing:

Printer setup. We recommend selecting " Matte "  mode for the best printing results.

Print the wanted image onto the transferred paper.  Then leave it out to dry for about 10 minutes.

Cut out the image, leaving a narrow margin of 5 mm around the pattern edge.

*Transferring:

Preheat the heat press machine,and set the recommended transfer temperature to 190 degree centigrade.

Place the image-printed paper on the textile with the image facing down.

Press down for 10-40 seconds under certain pressure,then remove the textile from machine.

Peel off the paper base immediately.

*Washing Instructions:

It's best not to wash the textile within 24 hours after the transfer.

Wash the textile in either cool or 30-40 degree centigrade water,with the transferred pattern inside out.

Do not wash with strongly alkaline detergents,and don't bleach. Avoid rubbing the transferred pattern when hand washing.

Do not wring.Line dry in shade recommended.

  

*With the sublimation transfer paper and at the same time the sublimation ink, you can transfer your digital image onto fabric used for wicking shirts, like polyester or nylon. Together with mug heat press and cap heat press, transfer onto mug and cap is also no problem.

 

*The sublimation transfer is vapor transfer, therefore no polymer remains on the fabric after transferring, which gives a soft smooth feel. However please kindly note this sublimation transfer is for white color polyester / nylon, mug, and cap.

p.s. we suggest using other types of transfer paper for transfer onto dark color or cotton based fabric
