Raspberry Leaf Tea
Grab a teapot, a cafeteria or your tea making equipment of choice. The botanical ingredients can be made into an herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

 Serving: 1-2 teaspoons of the leaves to 1 cup of boiling water.

 Teaspoon Weight: 1 teaspoon equals 1 gram (1 tsp = 1g)


The Pregnancy Care Essential Oil

The traditional ways of ingesting essential oils are;

  • Via the respiratory system and by the olfactory senses
  • Through the skin, by applying via massage, baths or topically applied creams or compresses.

 For therapeutic use the pure essential oils can be: diffused in an oil burner, or directly inhaled as a steam inhalation or dispersed into the environment as a room spray. These methods enable the oils to be ingested through the respiratory system.

The oils can also be added to a carrier such as an oil or a cream and applied to the skin directly. There are certain areas of the skin that are more permeable such as pulse points on the wrists and temples, so drops of diluted essential oils can be applied here for effective absorption. (Essential oils need to be diluted when applied directly to the skin). The oils can also be absorbed by adding to a bath as neat drops, or diluted into a light oil, or milk. (Both the oil and milk dilute the intensity of the oils and help the oils disperse into the bath water, it is recommended that the oils are diluted particularly for sensitive skin and children.)


The Pregnancy Care Massage Oil

The Pregnancy Care essential oil blend has been added to a carrier oil and can be applied to the skin directly. An aromatherapy body massage is a wonderful way to benefits from the therapeutic effects. Simple pour a little oil into the palm of the hand and rub across the body in long massage strokes. Do not go out in direct sunlight after an aromatherapy massage. Allow 12 hours for the oils to fully absorb before washing the skin. 


The Pregnancy Care Pulse Point Roller

This essential oil blend has been added to a carrier oil and can be applied to the skin directly. There are certain areas of the skin that are more permeable such as pulse points on the wrists and temples, so this therapeutic blend can be applied here for effective absorption.

All international orders to the rest of world are dispatched by Royal Mail airmail. (Does not include Africa)

• The Yodel & Royal Mail First Class delivery service aims to deliver the next day, (however this is not guaranteed so in some cases can take a little longer.)

• If we cannot keep our customer promise to you, we will email you to let you know with an estimated real-time dispatch time, just to keep you in the picture.

The Royal mail estimate these delivery times:

Western Europe within 3 working days, Eastern Europe within five working days, Rest of World within seven working days. (However this is not guaranteed)

WHAT TO DO IF MY PARCEL IS DELAYED

We can track & Trace your parcel if it is being delivered by either Yodel or the Royal Mail Expedited Service. If for whatever reason they have tried to deliver but could not , you can arrange for them to re-deliver the next day.

However if your parcel does get lost in the post we offer a full guarantee that we will send your order out to you again. We normally give a period of time until we call the parcel lost, as in many cases it has been held up and is delivered late. For the UK, we wait 15 working days, for over-seas we wait 20 working days and then if you goods have still not arrived we will send them again.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, under the distance selling regulations you have a period of seven working days from receiving your goods to do so. However at Indigo Herbs we extend that period to 30 working days. Please return the unopened products with a note of your order number and reason for cancellation. When we receive the returned goods we will refund you via paypal for the sale price of the purchase. (Not including additional postage costs).

If you are not satisfied with your products, please get in touch and we will arrange to send a replacement product or arrange a refund (if the product is unopened).All postage and package costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless we delivered an item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty.
