Product introduction

This is Beethoven like a rock!!

Matacic, complete debut of Beethoven Tsikurus 1980-1981

(Maestro's last complete concert) Stereo Live!!

Maestro Matacic was not a conductor who covered Beethoven evenly. It is said that he only gave a complete concert twice in his life. The first one was with the Milano Radio Symphony Orchestra in 1962, and although it has already been released on CD, I was dissatisfied with the sound quality, and I was moved by the thinness of the orchestra. Beethoven Tsikrus, the last of the masters, will finally appear in Zagreb, Yugoslavia (present-day Croatia), where the masters lived. Of course, it is a big performance led by the Zagreb Philharmonic. The sound source in HRT Croatia's collection is an excellent stereo. Beethoven stands tall like a rock. I was also impressed by the depth of the content of the small songs No. 1, No. 2, and No. 8. No. 7 has the liveliness of a young man. An earnest expression that seems to embody the bitterness of "fate" and "ninth" life. There's plenty to listen to, including the magnificent "Eroica." This is a masterpiece that is a must-have for those who want to know about Matacic and even Beethoven. In the commentary, Kenji Kaneko, the god of performance analysis, reveals the secrets of Matacic's Beethoven performance!
