Domar Israel signed thick walled cobalt blue glass vase, with overlaid sterling work on the bottom 1/3, with bezel set stones incorporated into the raised scrollwork design. Stones are green and red in color. It measures approx. 10.25" x 5.25" x 3.25" and the wall of this vase is 1/8" thick.  
This vase is preowned showing normal signs of handling and having been displayed. There are overall light surface scratches and scuffs in the glass vase itself and silver. I've shown several deeper scuffs in the silver as highlighted with arrows. Most of this is difficult to see unless under bright light and close scrutiny, not pristine but to be expected on a preowned item and is being noted so you are aware of it. Silver could use additional polishing I'm sure.
