Payment Shipping Returns

PayPal is the preferred payment method. We also accept: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, etc.

Orders are only packed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate contact information or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your order. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.
