For your inspection is this 9-pin/10-pin Miniature Tall Test Socket Adapter, Pomona model 1710. This is a 9-pin adapter with an extra pin in the center. Most tube sockets either have a center pin or hole, so this adapter can be used with ordinary 9-pin tubes as well.

Pomona Test Socket Adapters provide a convenient way to make in-circuit vacuum tube voltage, resistance, or signal measurements without tracing complicated circuits from the bottom of the chassis. This example is gently used and all markings are clear. I've tested each pin for continuity with the corresponding test tab. The metal surfaces show light patina from age. Examine the photos and judge for yourself.
