This ELO PayPoint E346732 POS System is being sold for parts only. The system was powered up but did not function properly afterwards, like it was frozen. It is not locked, as it was reset. After it was reset is when it powered up the first time as I was looking through the settings it froze. Restarted and didn’t load back up like it was frozen while trying to load.

Probably something simple, I don’t know much about these.
