The Model is 6052 067.

Please Note: These Glasses currently have Prescription Lens and will need to be replaced with 

either Sunglasses Lens or your own Prescription Lens. 

Though these Nike Titanium Designer Eyeglasses are Vintage, they are in Excellent Condition 

with no issues whatsoever.
