It has on it "America's first and finest. Publications and products for the tole and decorative painter."
It has 2 ways to hang, a sawtooth type hanger and a brass colored ring.

It measures approx. 16" long and approx. 7 1/4" wide.

It does have some spots of white paint on the back on one corner and some tiny specks of white paint on the front.  The design is in good condition.
