This is the May 17, 1982 issue of Sports Illustrated with Seattle Mariners pitcher and Hall of Famer Gaylord Perry on the cover.  This mag has successfully had the mailing label removed leaving only faint evidence of it.   It is complete, has a tight spine, nice gloss, light corner and bottom edge wear & displays great!
