These are new, never used, but the boxes are in rough condition and show extensive shelfwear. What you see is exactly what you will receive. There will be numerous photos and video taken of these being properly packaged for safe delivery. Every precaution is taken to prevent fraudulent returns or activity. Any attempt at fraudulent activity or fraudulent returns will be promptly reported to Ebay as well as law enforcement. If you push the button on these, they do not work. I am sure the batteries are no longer any good so they are being sold in as is condition. For those unscrupulous members that attempt to steal parts and pieces I can assure you this will not happen.
