Good pair of coveralls. New with tag but does have a stain on the back which is pictured with the scissors pointing to it. The size 36 would be the waistline. Measures 34 but has elastic in the back which stretches out to 36. Inseam is 28 inches. Please see pictures for condition and measurements. Thanks
