French vintage c1980's/80s black velvet pencil skirt by Coincidence. In very good condition and fully lined. The size on the label is 42 (FR) and measures 29 inches on the waist maximum, 38 inches on the hips and the length is 23 inches and has a zip and button to fasten on the waist and at the back of the skirt there are three buttons to fasten on the vent. A lovely skirt.
