1、Drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese cutlery, the Santoku knife, whose name signifies "three virtues" or "three uses," is expertly crafted for slicing, dicing, and mincing. It's exceptionally versatile, adept at various tasks like filleting fish and chopping vegetables and fruits. The blade features a flat edge and a distinct sheepsfoot profile, curving downwards at approximately a 60-degree angle near the tip. This unique shape facilitates precision cutting with straightforward up and down movements.

2、The Damascus VG10 blade, featuring 67 layers and a bolster made of exclusive stainless steel, stands out for its robustness and ability to maintain a sharp edge. This variant of Damascus steel, with its high carbon content of 0.95-1.05%, achieving 58-60HRC, is significantly harder – over three times – compared to the standard 0.3% carbon content found in similar class knives.

3、Hollow grounding edge, creating air bags when the knife makes contact with foods, helps easily cut off meat and fish with non-sticky slice.

4、The handle, made from high-density fiber, is engineered for both comfort and long-lasting durability, effectively minimizing hand fatigue during extended periods of use. Its stain-resistant quality ensures the knife remains hygienic and easy to clean, a vital aspect for maintaining kitchen safety and upkeep
