Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque is a vibrant version of the common Grand Brut. It contains a lovely harmony of spiciness and smoked accents along with flavors of poached pear, apricot, pastry creme, and honey. The finish is long lasting and maintains its age. The raw material available at their fingertips helped the family enrich their products based on the style they wish to depict at the time. Their Chardonnay vines lend a particular characteristic to the House wines.
