This UK Free Post 'Buy it Now' is for the two locos and centre coach from a Hornby Jouef Junior 'Le Rapido' train set, HJ1501. This is a battery powered train (batteries not included). It takes two AA batteries.

No track or scenery is included. This train is designed to run on your Hornby/Jouef plastic track (not included), but it will also run on metal OO/HO track.

This train is made in the same factory as the Hornby Junior 'Express Train' set R1215, and except for the livery, is identical to Hornby's red and silver locos and coach, so they would also be suitable for use with your Hornby set - you would then have a another train, but with different livery. As with the Hornby set, one of the locos is battery powered, the other is a dummy loco, so it is not powered.

The powered loco has a working front light - the non-powered loco does not.
We are offering these locos and this coach without track etc so that if you want just another train for your layout you don't have to buy a complete new set, but can save yourself money, just buying what you want.

These locos and this coach are for use on Hornby/Jouef/Lima plastic track, which is the same OO/HO gauge as ordinary Hornby track.
