I bought the game when it was released. I am the original owner. I opened it once carefully, kept it safe in a cabinet until today. It has never been in a direct contact with the sunlight. So it is as new as it gets! Therefore it doesn't show any signs of wear.

BUT! The game box have some damages. Nothing major in my subjective opinion. I have uploaded many detailed pictures and a video. Please refer to them to judge the condition.   

I can not guarantee that the save batterie is still working.
