  • Beschreibung: Satirische Darstellung eines antropomorphen Hundes, der mit aufgeschlagener Jacke auf einem Stein sitzt, an seiner linken Seite hängt ein großer Schlüsselbund. Neben ihm steht ein Kehrbesen. Im Hintergrund ist eine aufrecht gehende Tiergestalt zu sehen. Es könnte sich um einen Entwurf für die Illustration einer kurzen Fabelgeschichte handeln, von denen zahlreiche aus der Feder von Ille bekannt sind. Einige sind als Xylographie in der Reihe des "Münchener Bilderbogens" erschienen.

  • Date: 19th century

  • Description: Satirical depiction of an antropomorphic dog sitting on a stone with his jacket open, a large bunch of keys hanging on his left side. Next to him is a broom. An upright walking animal figure can be seen in the background. It could be a design for the illustration of a short fable story, of which numerous are known from the pen of Ille. Some of them were published as xylographs in the series "Münchener Bilderbogen".
