This is a WHITE STORAGE BOOK FOR 45rpm records.There are also 12 45s in the book ; they are an assortment from the 50s and 60s. Some may require a cleaning. THESE 45s WILL BE INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE WITH THE STORAGE BOOK- THE PURCHASE PRICE COVERS THE CASE ONLY, THE 45s ARE FREEBIES.  The records included facilitate media mail shipping.  

The condition of the storage book is VG+ with some normal wear. There is some water marks on the outside(see images). There is residue of previously removed stickers on the spine. The titles written on the inside cover are NOT the titles included with the book.
