I don't know what team this jersey is from, but the dragon artwork is phenomenal ;-)  When layed flat, it measures 19 inches straight across from underarm to underarm (38 inch chest).......and the length is 27 inches.  Those measurements makes this a true-size Small garment.  HAPPY SHOPPING ;-)
