Vintage/retro 1970's/70s mint green fit & flare mod retro dress, yoke on the bodice with neck tie, puff shoulders, balloon sleeves elasticated at the cuffs, tie belt on the waist which can probably be tied at the back or front. It has a metal zip for closure. The size on the dress is 14 with measurements of 19/20 inches underarm to underarm and has a maximum 30 inch waist, I think this will fit UK10 to UK12, please measure something you wear on a regular basis to ensure it will fit.
