The nutrient is a mineral product.  It contains nitrogen and phosphorus compounds that are indispensable for growth of wine yeast.  It ensures appropriate course of Fermentation and high attenuation. It should be applied in production of all kinds of wine's: fruit, grape, and grain wine's. 

Dosage:
Apply 1g of nutrient per 1.5-2.5 Litre of batch. 
How to use:
The recommended amount of nutrient should be dispensed in three equal portions 1.  before yeast inoculation, 2.  after 2-3 days of fermentation 3. After about 10 days when big fall to 8-12. Dissolve the nutrient portions in =100ml of the must , then pour into the Fermentation container and mix.
Attention: Do not add nutrient directly to the yeast!
