Our stock can be broken down into the following categories:
Brand new - generally undelivered items with original delivery stickers on the box, end of line items, surplus stock, stock written off due to damaged boxes or time on shelf
Ex Demo - items sent to the retail outlets for staff evaluation before sales. These usually come with original accessories. They are usually in very good condition, one step below retail standard.
Ex Display - items on display in retail outlets. These could have small handling marks on the items due to handling in store. Sometimes they come without original boxes or accessories as these tend to get lost over time. Item may have small blemish/scratch but does not affect the working condition of the product.
Liquidated Stock - these come from liquidation sales of NEW and second hand items. All are tested fully, cleaned and serviced before sending out. The listing will state clearly the condition of the unit and the state of any peripherals or consumables included.

Delivery
FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR ALL UK ORDERS
All of our orders are shipped via DPD and all parcels are tracked and insured. Except small accessories or low value items, that are sent via a Royal Mail.
We will only ship your item/s to paypal verified addresses provided at the time you make payment. A valid phone number and email is required for all orders. This is required by couriers for shipping and also used for payment verification. This is an important security measure to avoid Fraud and protect your purchase. They will also require a signature so please make sure you select an address where someone will be available. We will email tracking details when available.
All Original Packaging must be kept. In the case of a warranty claim or return, we will be unable to collect (where applicable) the item without correct and sufficient packaging.
Please note: If you want your desired product to be delivered next working day you will have to place your order before 12pm. Saturday or Sunday delivery are also available on request at £10 extra charge.
Please Note:
- We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders to these addresses.
- You will receive a despatch notification email containing your tracking number when your item is despatched.
- Delivery of your item will take place between Monday-Friday and between the hours of 09:00am-5:00pm and must be signed for at the registered Paypal address. Items will NOT be left in garages, porches etc or left with neighbours.
- DPD deliveries will be attempted twice, with a calling card left each time. If the item is returned to us as a failed delivery after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded once we receive the item back. A fee of £10.00 may be charged for further deliveries.
- Free express delivery is only available for Mainland UK. There will be extra charge for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Shetland & Scottish Islands or the Republic of Ireland.
Collection -
Collection can be arranged on request as all items are shipped from a separate location. We have a collection facility at our warehouse that?s open Monday to Friday. If you would like to collect your item, please get in touch and we will facilitate this for you. We can accept cash or debit card payment upon collection of your item.

Returns

In order to exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement in writing* (we recommend eBay messaging system). We will acknowledge your cancellation and send you specific return instructions along with a unique returns number and a specific returns address which may differ from our registered office address. Please do NOT return anything until we have responded to your cancellation advice.
If there is any problem with your item or is faulty on arrival please email us or contact us on the phone before leaving Feed Back - we aim to please not disappoint and will do everything we can to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
All return items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts / accessories supplied and original packaging. Faulty items are expertly checked on return and if item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return same item to you. In this instance you will be liable for any return carriage.
