Superb mid century oil on board "Nipper" in a fabulous and imposing gilt frame.

This gorgeous little terrier only just missed catching a rabbit, you can just see it's tail as it dives to safety! 

It is a large painting and measures 44.5 cm x 55.5 cm in a frame 59 cm x 70 cm, so very eye catching.

Has "Nipper" bottom left and initials CF bottom right.

On show at Violet Antiques, BS23 1RL.
