We will only send replacement items once the parcel company confirms the item is lost. This can take up to 21 days. For urgent deliveries within the UK, we recommend Special Delivery as it is a guaranteed service (except for weekends). Tracked delivery aims to deliver within 2–3 days, but this is not a guaranteed service. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the parcel company.
In special circumstances, this may not be possible.
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
RETURNS
As per distance selling regulations, please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you wish to return your item as unwanted for a refund. Once you have received return authorization, the unwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days.
Items that are unwanted or ordered incorrectly must be returned in the same condition they were received, with the original packaging and all parts. The buyer will then receive a full refund, but they must cover return postage costs.
For all return authorizations, please contact us via eBay messaging and state the reason for the return.
In the unlikely event that items are lost in the mail, we can send a replacement after 15 working days (21 days for international orders), but unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund due to the risk of fraudulent claims.
For international customers, please be aware that if your item becomes faulty and you require us to replace it, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; we cannot reimburse return postage costs. However, we will send out the replacement at our expense.
