To achieve a durable adhesion, the base material must be heated to remove excess moisture in heat press - prior to the application of Heat N Seal
J (I)-Type . 340°F medium pressure about 10-15 Sec. with a Heat Press

Heat from underside of fabric (inside out) once ironed on front of fabric for 10-15 seconds if using iron with firm pressure, no side to side movements **(Iron setting to max your fabric can stand)**

All values stated are averages and have to be adapted to the thickness and the heat carrying capacity of the specific cloth. You may also vary temperatures and period. A rise in temperature will result in a shorter period required.


Step  2. Post-Production Washing Tests
Full adhesiveness is reached after 48 hours, complete wash tests after this period.

Wash with like colors
Cold setting wash, dryer on timed dry low setting up tp 30 min. per item as per item label of clothing instructions.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener on item being washed.
