Unopened, blister has surface scratches, moderate dents at front and rear (truck not affected) and other minor imperfections throughout.  Card has noticeable wear along all outer edges, original price tag, dents at bottom corners, numerous creases, and packaging is overall poor condition.  Comes as pictured.
