Vinyl is made from high quality material. To apply, 1) clean off dirt, dust, oil etc from the wheel. 2) carefully peel the non-transparent side off so the decal is attached to the clear transfer side. 3) press firmly on desired location and 4) carefully peel away clear transfer tape.
