We are a small family owned and operated business. We also regularly appear as a pop up market store in shopping centres around South East Queensland.

We decided to setup this business as an educational tool to teach our primary aged children some business skills. So please support us!

We prefer all payments to be made using PayPal, but we also accept bank deposit/transfer. Please ensure you leave your eBay ID or item number as a reference. This will speed up the amount of time it will take us to post your order. Orders made via bank deposit/transfer will not be posted until the funds have arrived into our account which will slow down the postage time.

All items are shipped through Australia Post from Brisbane, QLD.Once your order leaves our warehouse you should receive it within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. If you're still waiting after 10 days, send us a message via eBay to help you locate the parcel. If you have opted to have the item sent via regular post then it is not trackable and we won?t be able to help you.

We recommend you take out tracking on all your items, as items with free post are not sent with tracking.

Express Post is also available for all domestic items, and should appear on check-out of your item as a postage option.

Combined shipping is available on all items, and to be charged correctly it is important you do not checkout (ie do NOT click the PAY NOW button) before receiving a final invoice from us.

We offer 30 day returns from the date of purchase to give you the opportunity to exchange the item if it?s just not for you.

Exchange / Return Conditions:

We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Goods must be returned in original packaging with all the tags still attached in a new, unworn condition.

An item which appears worn, damaged or missing tags and is not returned in the same condition it was sent out will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to the buyer.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for another item, send us an message through the eBay messaging system and we can arrange you an exchange. Please note that you will need to pay for the return postage to us, and also provide a self-addressed, prepaid satchel for your items return.

Returns: The buyer will be responsible for all postage charges for returning the item to us. We strongly recommend the use of Registered Post for any returns. RebelFan cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
