What makes suspect it was is the paint on the dump lever.

Or maybe that was originally printed too and this truck just wasn't played with enough yo wear it off completely?

Steering does not turn left,turns slightly to the right.

I epoxied the steering wheel,as it was cracked/ broken on the bottom.

Very nice display piece,not intended to be used as a toy.
